Customer Service
  • We are please to offer all customers supporting period after the original day of purchase.  The support will be free of charge within the warranty period of 6 months.
  • If you are local(Hong Kong) customer, you will enjoy the following supports in the warranty period:
    1. Tutorial and on-site support on booking in the 1st month.
    2. Telephone support.
    3. Email and remote desktop support.
  • If you are oversea customers, you will have email and remote desktop support
  • After the warranty period, you may join our annual maintenance plan to continue the support.  Please contact our sales for details.
